At leafx, we take pride in delivering high-quality products made just for you. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Returns

Because all our products are made-to-order, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • You provide clear photo/video proof of the issue

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size selection by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences)


🔁 Replacement Policy

If your product is eligible:

  • We will provide a free replacement of the same item

  • Replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location


💸 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The product is out of stock for replacement

  • The issue cannot be resolved with a replacement

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • We do not charge return shipping as we do not accept general returns

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos/videos of the product
