Help with an order or payment
- Your order number and the email or phone used at checkout.

Choosing your size or fit
Share the product name, the size you are considering and the roominess or length you prefer. Include comparison measurements and how you took them for focused fit guidance.

Tracking or delivery assistance
Include your order number, tracking reference and the latest shipment status. For a delivery-address correction, send the complete corrected address promptly; changes depend on the fulfilment stage.
If tracking shows delivered, check with household members or building security, then share the details with LeafX if you still need help.
A return, replacement or product issue
Submit your request within 48 hours of delivery, as set out in our published Refund Policy. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear product photographs. Add packaging and shipping-label photographs where relevant.
Keep the item unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition, retaining tags and packaging where applicable. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Eligibility and the resolution follow the published policy and applicable consumer rights.
